COMPANY FORMATION

At RDA we offer a complete service of company formations. We can arrange to have a new company formed and also provide a company registered office. We will also register your business for VAT, Corporation Tax and Employer taxes. Assuming the name is acceptable to the Companies Registration Office; your company can be formed within a period of 5 days.

BOOKKEEPING

PAYROLL

Legislation is constantly increasing the compliance burden for employers. RDA would like to introduce you to a confidential payroll service that we guarantee will reduce administrative costs, free up your valuable time and assist with any new compliance burden.  The following steps complete a typical payroll cycle but can be rearranged to suit your needs

1. Communication of client payroll details on a monthly/weekly basis.
2. Processing client payroll details through our Sage Micropay System.

3. Draft payslips and payroll reports are sent to client for review and approval.
4. Request funds from company.
5. Employee Payment: Electronic transfer to employee bank accounts via Paypath or checks cut.
6. Reporting: Issuing of customised payroll reports and payslips to client.7. Compliance: Submission of monthly P30 to Revenue Commissioners through Revenue On Line Services (ROS).
